Ok, I took the national exam a couple of times and failed. I was then told about PrepAgent and wow, what a huge difference in the way to study for the exam. Joe, this system is awesome. It simplified everything and made the information easy to remember. I took the exam two days before Thanksgiving and kicked butt. Got my real Estate License. Sweet and thank you sooo much. I took a 10 day fast track real estate class. I used prep agent to help me understand, learn and remember the information! The online practice tests are great as well as the webinars, flash cards, etc. Joe makes it fun to learn and explains it in a way that people can remember. I passed my AL real estate exam the first time! Thank you!

EXCELLENT teacher. He is such a great instructor! I failed my test 6 times in Spanish, but I was understanding him SO WELL, I took the risk to take it in English. Followed his advices, kept it simple and identified key words on the questions and passed my exam with only 1 wrong. His courses are definitely worth it!!! I've been an affiliate broker for 3 years and decided a month ago to get my brokers license. I started listening to these videos last week while driving and in between appts and I'm proud to say I passed my brokers exam today on the first try!!!!

Just passed my CA sales exam yesterday. The exam felt very similar to the practice exams Joe provides from his website and all his videos! I would say roughly 95% of my studying came from purchasing his packages and I passed my exam first try. I HIGHLY recommend, thank you Prep Agent!

So, I decided to buy your package for a year to start understanding the verbiage before starting school. I am so glad I did. I used online school and after playing your webinars and the audio vocabulary on the way to work, at work, and the way home, it made easier to know what the chapters in school was taking about. I passed my Real Estate exam the first go around and give your courses most of the credit. The only thing I regret is I can not say cattle with chattel and cattle MOVEEEE!!! I truly believe Prep Agent and Joe really helped me pass my exam. I took the exam 3 times. The first time I failed by 8 points. The second exam I failed by 3 points. I knew I was right there and so close to passing. Someone I knew from another branch with my same broker, called me and said YouTube prep agent. I started listening to Joe's videos on YouTube on my way to work, on my way home to work, in the shower, after I got home and so forth. I listened to them everyday and started taking notes. He really broke down the vocab for me and gave us words to help us remember. I'm so happy to announce I passed my test on Wednesday and I am sooooo happy that my friend from the other branch called me and told me to start listening to Joe. I honestly didn't learn anything in school. I didn't feel like I was retaining the information correctly & I honestly at one point felt so frustrated I wanted to run for my life & give up. (Not literally) UNTIL I found this guy online. I first saw him through his YouTube videos. His way of teaching is Amazing & I Wish I had known about this sooner. Anyhow I passed last week THANKFULLY & I couldn't have done it without these tools & way of learning.

Passed state exam on the first try thanks to PregpAgent! After watching hours and hours of PrepAgent Youtube videos and taking PrepAgent's online practice tests repetitly, I took the state test. It was long and challenging, but the hard work paid off and I passed. I owe a huge thanks to Prepagent! I am not sure I would have passed the first time had it not been for PrepAgent. He is spot on with needing to know the vocabulalry and the "OO" "EE" rule and yes I had to smile when I took the exam and I found myself saying the rhyming "OO" "EE" jingle. Thanks PrepAgent!

I took a cram course that I didn't really learn anything from- it was more of a formality to brush aside so that I could take the real test. I took 2 weeks to prepare by myself- I re-read the books I had. Whenever I got to a part that I didn't understand, I would google search the term or section and... PREP AGENT would show up. That's how I got hooked on the videos. I watched many of them multiple times, to the point where I could recite them. When I took the test in December of 2016 I passed very easily. Both general and state combined took about 30 minutes and I'm pretty sure I didn't miss a single question. Joe's Prep Agent videos are an amazing resource and should be taken seriously. So, study the book, use the videos and when you become an agent, shoot your Hawaii Referrals to me!
