I took the National and State Real Estate tests today and passed them both the first time. It was due to a large part of Prepagent’s info down to earth videos, vocabulary explanations and assortment of practice tests. Thank you. I highly recommend to others that are in the preparation mode. The only suggestion I might have is a little more coverage of the State material ( I live in Idaho).

I can not say more great things about this program! After reading the book once and passing the course I studied Prep Agent every moment I could get for a month! I just passed on the first try on my state exam in FL yesterday! Thank you so much! I have a more than full time job and two boys under 5 and I loved how convenient the videos and practice exams were. My current field is in E-Learning Support and Development and I can say that Prep Agent fits many different type of learners. Before my state exam I scored 95% on vocab and 86% on the overall state practice exam. You will be shocked how well Joe's program works. When I reviewed the text the night before test I couldn't believe how much I understood and could apply it. Thanks again I have been spreading the good word to all I know interested in Real Estate!!

I recently passed the Michigan exam the 2nd time around; my success in large part is due to Joe, and PrepAgent. Although several questions on the exam were ambiguous, listening to Joes explanations, and repeated practice tests helped me to process the differences. Good program to use, highly recommend.

After I failed my first try, PEOPLE from Crash course recommended me his class on YouTube. Guess what! I've learned A LOT from Joe's class. He is the BEST instructor!!! I wish I knew his website & YouTube before the exam. I can truelly say, BECAUSE OF HIS CLASS, I was able to pass my 2nd try!! If I knew him before my exam, I would definitely choose his products. I just wanted to say THANKS to him so I sent him a message. He is so kind! he replied me! I can see He is not just a good instructore, but he is also a nice person! Ok, I took the national exam a couple of times and failed. I was then told about PrepAgent and wow, what a huge difference in the way to study for the exam. Joe, this system is awesome. It simplified everything and made the information easy to remember. I took the exam two days before Thanksgiving and kicked butt. Got my real Estate License. Sweet and thank you sooo much. I took a 10 day fast track real estate class. I used prep agent to help me understand, learn and remember the information! The online practice tests are great as well as the webinars, flash cards, etc. Joe makes it fun to learn and explains it in a way that people can remember. I passed my AL real estate exam the first time! Thank you!

EXCELLENT teacher. He is such a great instructor! I failed my test 6 times in Spanish, but I was understanding him SO WELL, I took the risk to take it in English. Followed his advices, kept it simple and identified key words on the questions and passed my exam with only 1 wrong. His courses are definitely worth it!!! I've been an affiliate broker for 3 years and decided a month ago to get my brokers license. I started listening to these videos last week while driving and in between appts and I'm proud to say I passed my brokers exam today on the first try!!!!

Thanks Prep Agent. I am a type of person that needs some knowledge before jumping into something. So, I decided to buy your package for a year to start understanding the verbiage before starting school. I am so glad I did. I used online school and after playing your webinars and the audio vocabulary on the way to work, at work, and the way home, it made easier to know what the chapters in school was taking about. I passed my Real Estate exam the first go around and give your courses most of the credit. The only thing I regret is I can not say cattle with chattel and cattle MOVEEEE!!! I truly believe Prep Agent and Joe really helped me pass my exam. I took the exam 3 times. The first time I failed by 8 points. The second exam I failed by 3 points. I knew I was right there and so close to passing. Someone I knew from another branch with my same broker, called me and said YouTube prep agent. I started listening to Joe's videos on YouTube on my way to work, on my way home to work, in the shower, after I got home and so forth. I listened to them everyday and started taking notes. He really broke down the vocab for me and gave us words to help us remember. I'm so happy to announce I passed my test on Wednesday and I am sooooo happy that my friend from the other branch called me and told me to start listening to Joe. He made everything easier and less overwhelming. Thank you Joe and Prep Agent. Highly recommend to everyone who is looking for additional study material!
