After a couple unsuccessful attempts to pass my RE Agent test, my boyfriend searched for ways to help and came across your youtube videos. I buried myself in the videos a week long. I even listened to it on my way to take my exam yesterday. It was with your methods of teaching I passed my national portion of my test. Thank you so much to my Huney Bae and you, PrepAgent :)

The class I took was no where near enough. Decided to try prep agent 4 days prior to my scheduled test and passed first try. Highly recommended

After serveral failed attempts thru the area local RE school and books I'd purchased to help me pass my TN broker exam none of it helped. The information was vast and all over the place. I had no clue what to study or how to. It left me feeling defeated, confused and frustrated. I was just about ready to say forget it and to go back to being just an affiliate agent. That's when I decided to do some online research through YouTube for some help and that's when I happened by this amazing program #PrepAgent. #PrepAgent did for me what the other's could not. And that was to teach me the basic RE terms and gave me a way that helped me understand them. As a result, with some diligence and hardwork I finally passed my TN RE Broker Exam. Joe is just awesome! He explains all the concepts and nuances with appropriate reference so that they stick in your head & you remember them effortlessly right at the exam time. All his videos & article are very easy to understand & cover exam relevant topics precisely.. I passed at the first shot because of him. Thank you very much Joe!

I've watched his videos and they are were so helpful. There were days I was so tired of study so I would put up one of his videos and just listened in the background. I would also listen to them in the car on the way to work. He had many ways of making hard concepts easy and rememberable. I just passed the general portion with many thanks to Prep Agent.

This kind of teaching far surpassed the countless hours I spent sitting in class! Had it not been for the easy to understand audio listening and the practice tests taken again and again to familiarize myself with the way the actual test is worded/given, I would have failed! Prep Agent was a lifesaver. I had taken the test once and failed it - the material was so hard to understand and remember. I just want to say a huge thank you! First, English is my second language and I had a very hard time to even understand what I'm reading. Without your program I would never ever pass the big exam. I was listening the audio in my car and watching videos at home. I did it for a whole week only and I finally passed. I'm so greatful! I'd give 3.5 - 4 stars for the paid service PrepAgent offers. Joe has a knack for teaching! I originally found his videos on YouTube and then joined PrepAgent. There are several ares (on the National side) that there was little to no information on in the form of videos. Some content was incorrect. On the State specific side (I'm in AZ) the depth of information was lacking considerably. That all being said, i passed my schools exams first try and went on to pass out state exams first try as well. I would recommend PA, however, i think there are areas for improvement in the video content that would add considerable value for future customers.

I wanted a one on one tutor but didn't need the package because my exam was so close. I passed my exam (California) a couple hours ago and I owe it to your videos. I was unprepared for the exam with just the practice questions. The exam is hard and you need to know vocabulary! You kept saying it in your videos and it's so true. So although I didn't use your package I wish I would have (would have saved me money). I encourage everyone to use your site. If your prep package is half as good as your videos, it will help people pass. Thank you Prep Agent you rock!

This program BY FAR is THE BEST! The way that Joe explained real estate is great, and really helps people feel comfortable with the process. Hearing Joe's lessons and examples really helped me understand the concepts and language of real estate better then any other program, teacher, etc. Phenomenal Program i can't say enough good things about this program.
