I passed the Pennsylvania real estate exam on June 26, 2017. The test questions were slightly different from the practice questions, but the concepts were the same. It is extremely helpful to learn the vocabulary. What helped me the most were the tutorials. A week before the exam I found the PrepAgent 85 tutorials about everything in the book. I actually ended up falling asleep with it on thinking it will sink into my subconscious mind. I went back to the practice exams and vocabulary and started getting in the higher 80s and 90s on the practice tests. These outlines are extremely helpful for passing the test on the first try. PrepAgent was a key to my passing on the first try and I believe will help anyone that is truly interested in real estate for a career.

PrepAgent was recommended to me as the best test prep for the California Real Estate Exam. Two days ago I took the test and passed on the first try! I watched the webinars, read the ebook, and took the practice tests until I was scoring in the 90's. I wanted to let you know that I will be letting people know 100% that your video series and website where instrumental in passing my exam with flying colors. I don't want to dis credit the class study and program that I participated in, but to bring it all together and the added value was key not only in understanding all the info but also built my confidence level up. I believe with the information and ease of use and more importantly the way you deliver the info in a short amount of time anyone can do this. And no excuses! I finished my CT real estate class a month ago, purchased the whole year program from PrepAgent. Today, I had my test in CT for the general portion, and State of CT portion, first time, passed both. I am so pumped! I have to say Joe's vocabulary, flashcards, videos and continuous exam tests I kept taking over and over, helped me tremendously. Very confident and finished the test very quickly. If you're looking for a cheap reliable source to help study for real estate this is it. I made the purchase a month before taking my Pre-licensing class and was very satisfied by how simple it was to use. Even the materials were simplified for better understanding. I used it almost everyday before I went into my Pre-Licensing class and after. Took my exam and passed on my first try.

When I signed up for the course 30 days ago I thought I'd never understand the material. I was so wrong. Listening to your tutorials, Webnars and understanding the vocabulary words helped me the best. Your test taking tips were spot on. The best $89 I've spent. I will still continue to learn from the time I have left in other areas of Real Estate as I move forward.
