See MoreAfter my required coursework I was feeling pretty overwhelmed because it felt like I just had so much to memorize for my exam. The prep agent videos broke down the concepts in a way that made total sense. After watching quite a few of the videos and taking the study advice I felt so much more confident that no matter what question the exam threw at me, I knew the concepts so I would be fine. Sure enough when I got the results I only missed 4 questions total between both the state and national portion!!! Thats how relevant this content is! I don't normally go out of my way to write reviews but I wanted to scream from a mountain that I am extremely grateful to your work!!!!! Keep it up Prep Agent, you are helping people immensely!

8 years agoPaid just for the basic. Which is only practice exams. Passed in CA. There is something about the way everything is explained that just clicked with me. 8 years agoI had been studying for my real estate exam for months. I felt so confused and barely understood anything. A real estate agent referred me to Joe's website, so I decided to check it out. A real estate agent referred me to Joe's website, so I decided to check it out. I'm so glad I did! Joe breaks down the material in such a simple, yet efficient way that I developed a basis of knowledge fairly quickly. I started out getting scores on my schools training tests at 68 percent after watching Joe's videos and taking his tests I managed to get my scores up to 83 percent. Yesterday I took my CA state exam and passed! I have no doubt it's a huge part of Joe's teaching methods. Buy his website package, you won't regret it!
