8 years agoVery convenient and super-helpful. Worth every penny. I passed on the first try. My state requires 40 hours of classroom before the test, and 49% of the people who sit for the test fail. Because of this program I was in the 51%. I put th ... See MoreVery convenient and super-helpful. Worth every penny. I passed on the first try. My state requires 40 hours of classroom before the test, and 49% of the people who sit for the test fail. Because of this program I was in the 51%. I put the time in with this program before the classroom program, and the rest of the students were blown-away by how much I knew. A little light on the state-specific content, but otherwise excellent with the basic concepts and terms. Thanks Prep Agent!

Joe made learning the language of Real Estate much more interesting and so much easier to understand, and of course I passed my test! I used Prep Agent material for over a month prior to taking the test and in that amount of time I was able to understand the material differently than just reading the course material. I also wat ... I used Prep Agent material for over a month prior to taking the test and in that amount of time I was able to understand the material differently than just reading the course material. I also watched the You Tube videos regularly and the combination of both is what made me pass today! Thank you!

It has been several months since I finished my state's required classes and was very rusty. I crammed for 4 days with this material and went from practice test scores in the low 60%s to the high 90s and passed my real estate sales person exam today. Well worth the investment! Your material is solid, and was actually harder than the real test. I felt more than prepared going into it after using your exams. Thanks for the help!
