I used Prep Agent material for over a month prior to taking the test and in that amount of time I was able to understand the material differently than just reading the course material. I also watched the You Tube videos regularly and the combination of both is what made me pass today! Thank you!

It has been several months since I finished my state's required classes and was very rusty. I crammed for 4 days with this material and went from practice test scores in the low 60%s to the high 90s and passed my real estate sales person exam today. Well worth the investment! Your material is solid, and was actually harder than the real test. I felt more than prepared going into it after using your exams. Thanks for the help!

8 years agoListened to PrepAgent Youtube channel religiously to and from work every day for the last four weeks. Studied the online course I purchased (before knowing about the videos) and I probably learned more from the videos than the material ... See MoreListened to PrepAgent Youtube channel religiously to and from work every day for the last four weeks. Studied the online course I purchased (before knowing about the videos) and I probably learned more from the videos than the material I was given. Either way, I am grateful for the resource and I am happy to say I ended 2016 by passing the State Real Estate Exam with above 90s on each portion. I know it doesn't matter the grade, but I went in there confident because I understood the material. Especially that "Chattel sounds like Cattle and cattle mooooooove." That and the OR and EE song......he wasn't joking about it sticking in his head. Thanks Joe!
