Abraham was amazing! He was so patient with my son and I when we came in to purchase a new bike. He answered all of our questions, gave us great advice about how to select the best bike for our needs, and even took the time to put all of the accessories we bought on the bike. As soon as we got home, my son was so excited to ride around the neighborhood on his new wheels. We had such a great experience and hopefully we will be back in a few years when he outgrows his new bike. We also love the grogram that allows us to save on new bikes as he grows. Thanks for a great and easy experience, Abraham!

To ias was incredibly helpful. He immediately suggested some better tire options, which allow me to ride on more variable terrain. He was knowledgeable and kind. I’m very happy with my road bike updates!

new to area. Needed new front tire, tubeless 700x32c. one suggested shop wanted to see the bike order the tire. At Trek Mathias (sp) had me in and out with a new tire, same brand as the rear in 10 minutes including a brief lesson on changing a tubeless on the road. Excellent (Actually Jim not Linda)

Haven’t bought a bike in over 10 years and decided to check the Trek stores. I learned a bit at the Key Highway location but came here in hopes to finalize my choice with a model they had in stock. Abraham was a tremendous help in helping me find a bike suitable for me and my riding preferences and price point. We tested a few and he matched me with a Verve, helmet, and lock, all while filling me in on important maintenance and other safety practices. We ordered it online and it was set for pickup within 7 days.
When I picked up the bike later that week, Tyler and a gentleman (a tall brotha) made sure I was comfortable operating it before I left and the tall one even broke the bike down to help fit in my car. I’ve had a wonderful experience with Trek stores, staff, and the bike so far! Definitely recommend!

I’m the kind of person who wants to know everything before making a big decision—especially something like buying a bike. I was looking for something that would help me stay healthy, still let me ride with my family, and that I could customize however I wanted.
The team here was amazing. Hector and Tyler spent close to five hours with me, answering all my questions, helping me test out bikes, and walking me through gear options. What I really appreciated was that I never felt pressured to buy anything. They just seemed genuinely excited to share their love of biking with someone new.
They showed me a bunch of options across different price points and use cases, and really took the time to help me figure out what would work best for me. It was honestly such a great experience—this is definitely going to be my go-to bike shop from now on!
