PHENOMENAL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Trek Bike was super helpful with shipping my daughter's bike to her college out of State. Sadly, some punk #ss stole her bike in broad daylight, when it was locked in to the bike rack in front of her dorm. I called Trek Bike in Ellicott City back, explained the heartbreaking situation that occurred. They suggested super heavy duty locks and gave me tons of information for her next bike. They even researched what Trek bikes they had in stock that were similiar to hers. Cannot say enough great things about this store! Thank you especially to the manager and to Zach for all of their tremendous help :)

Great experience. I was interested in an e-bike, but didn't have a clue what I really needed. Trey took time to explain the fundamentals and various options. He seemed genuinely interested in getting the right bike for me, and didn't pressure me at all. I ended up with a Domane SLR, and I love it.
Also really appreciate the teamwork at the store. I stopped in when Trey wasn't there, and another team member picked up without missing a beat.
