My son purchased his first bike here, a Marlin 5. Actually it’s his 6th bike at 14yo but it’s “his job earnings money” that makes it his first shopping experience. He did a few upgrades before leaving but the customer service was so top notch that I came back a few weeks later to purchase a Marlin 6 for myself (my 4th bike at 52yo), I still have my first purchased bike I got at 15yo, a yellow/black speckled Trek 6000 from 1989.

Amazing experience start to finish. After my initial visit I received an email with a quote for the bikes I had been looking at. The next day I received a follow up phone call. I mentioned that I was leaning toward a purchase of a bike from a competitor that was kind of hitting a sweet spot between the two bikes in their shop. The manager then searched nearby Trek stores and found a bike that more closely fit what I was looking for. This bike ended up being a better component level and was a few hundred cheaper than the competitors bike. They offered to bring it to their local shop for me so I said yes. Each time I have come in I have been recognized and welcomed by name by ALL of the employees from management to technicians. During my entire purchase process, everyone working in the store has been personally involved, conversational, and helpful. There was never any pressure and I ended up with a great bike !! I would highly recommend this shop to anyone in the market.

Great color options for the bike, but even better service from the staff (shoutout to Abraham!) I had a much better experience here than local bike shops.

I brought my 1992 Cannondale M500 over for a missing front wheel quick release skewer. The technician quickly found a replacement, installed it, adjusted the brakes and ran tests. All done in minutes. I pulled out a credit card to make payment. Surprise! The friendly fellow declined. It definitely made my day. I promised myself to return to the store for the next purchase. My heartfelt thanks to the guys.
Update: I was having the ancient bike serviced before passing it onto my son in Brooklyn. Now my son happily commutes on the bike to work 5 days a week.

Abraham was amazing! He was so patient with my son and I when we came in to purchase a new bike. He answered all of our questions, gave us great advice about how to select the best bike for our needs, and even took the time to put all of the accessories we bought on the bike. As soon as we got home, my son was so excited to ride around the neighborhood on his new wheels. We had such a great experience and hopefully we will be back in a few years when he outgrows his new bike. We also love the grogram that allows us to save on new bikes as he grows. new to area. Needed new front tire, tubeless 700x32c. one suggested shop wanted to see the bike order the tire. At Trek Mathias (sp) had me in and out with a new tire, same brand as the rear in 10 minutes including a brief lesson on changing a tubeless on the road. Excellent (Actually Jim not Linda)
