Great Customer Service - Each team member I spoke with and asked questions to was nice, professional and polite. They took the time to find out what happened to my bike, how i use it and what i needed to fix it, and how to avoid the same problems. They even helped me load my bike into my car.

this is where we bought many of our bicycles and our bicycles are just phenomenal. Although one time my brother forgot to put the straps on the roof of the bike and the bike actually fell off on the road and we came right here and they fixed it up very well for a fair price amazing 10 out of 10 experience

My e-bikes tire needed repair, I brought it to them and they completely fixed it for a very reasonable price. Will definitely be coming here again if I need anymore repairs.

I had been in search of a decent bike rack for some time. After purchasing one from Amazon and being disappointed in the quality, I started looking at bike shops. Ellicott's location was an hour from me but they had the exact rack (Thule Apex XT 2-Bike Hitch Rack) that I was interested in. I called to confirm if it was in stock. The gentleman I spoke to was kind enough to tell me that they had one in stock but it was a return so he'd order a new one for me just to be on the safe side. I arrived days later to get the rack and they assembled and install it in less than 15 mins. I'm from NJ but any time I'm in MD near Ellicott I'll pay them a visit.

just want to thank Mr. Abraham and two other people whose names I’ve forgotten. He spoke with my 11-year-old son, showing him different colors and models; in the end, my son picked one out. My son felt comfortable talking to him—he recommended some extra accessories, and my son decided to get them. A few days later, he called me, and today I picked up the Trek Fuel Plus (a beautiful bike!). Not only that, but my brother-in-law also spoke with him and left the store with another bike (a Marlin). I felt comfortable in the shop, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place. Many thanks to Abraham and the team—10/10.
