My whole experience with Eastbourne Energy has been outstanding from start to finish. Paying out such a huge amount of money is always scary and you have to take a leap of faith with whoever you decide to choose. Look no further I highly recommend Eastbourne Energy, from Lee coming over to discuss what I would benefit from to the scaffolders, to the team fitting the panels and James the electrician. Everyone has been excellent, professional and friendly. I’m a very happy customer and I am on and off my app like a child in and out of the sweet draw. My panels have been up just over a week and I already know it has been the best decision I’ve made and won’t regret. Lee has been at the end of the phone and answered any questions I’ve had and there have been a few! Thank you to all of you

After months of research and deliberation, we finally took the plunge and chose Eastbourne Solar who installed the solar panels on our home. The installation was surprisingly quick and efficient and his team were polite and helpful. As we are dinosaurs with technology we were always worried how we would be able to overcome and manage the new technology. I can only say and recommend Lee and his team and his patience who have rode shotgun with us from installation to setting up our electricity account and checking our electricity bills to ensure that we are receiving credit for our solar gain. Overall we were very impressed with the installation process. It was smooth, well managed and stress free.

So lucky to find Lee of Eastbourne Energy. On the day "World of Solar" as due to fit panels we found they had gone bankrupt. Rang Eastbourne Energy who are local and Lee came to see us the next day and was so helpful and his quote gave us 14 panels for about the same price as "World of Solar" wanted for 8 panels and fitted them with the batteries in our garage instead of our loft. Extremely helpful and efficient small company and Lee explained everything so we could understand the tech stuff and consistently monitors the system to make sure it is functioning correctly. Our panels stopped working earlier this year. I gave Eastbourne Energy a call. Lee called me back in less than 5 minutes and was able to diagnose and fix the problem in a 5 minute call. A really top service from a company I will use from now on.

I contacted Eastbourne Energy for some technical advice when my solar installation developed a fault on one of my batteries. The firm that carried out my solar installation was no longer trading, so I was stuck as the battery manufacturer only deals with solar 'installers'.
Lee from Eastbourne Energy could not have been more helpful. He came and ran some tests on the battery at my house and even took the battery to his workshop to charge it and diagnose the fault.
Lee contacted the battery manufacturer many times on my behalf and they arranged collection of the faulty battery and replaced it under warranty.
The battery has now been reinstalled and the system is back up to its maximum capacity.
I could not have achieved this without Lee's help and my only regret is that I didn't get Eastbourne Energy to carry out my original solar installation.
I would highly recommend this company if you are considering a solar installation.

I originally contacted Lee at Eastbourne Energy in a desperate attempt to fix problems with our existing solar panel installation, the original installers being uncontactable after being paid for a shoddy installation job. Lee was able to identify and fix the immediate problem. I was very impressed with his technical knowledge and willingness to explain, in detail, what was going on.
After detailed discussions I decided to ask him to not only refurbish the existing system to make it safe, but to upgrade the whole system to make better use of our situation. This he did speedily and efficiently giving us a professionally installed system at a very good price. I say 'he' but must include the entire team at Eastbourne Energy, especially Phil, Josh and Jordan, who worked expertly and tidily with a minimum of fuss and bother. I am completely satisfied with the finished job and the follow-up assistance in commissioning the system for maximum efficiency.
In a sector notoriously populated with chancers and cowboys, Lee and his team are definitely 'white hat' guys - highly proficient, honest and reasonably priced. I have no hesitation in recommending them and am delighted to award them a five star rating, richly deserved.

Lee at Eastbourne Energy was the most knowledgeable and helpful of all the solar firms that I asked to provide quotes for an upgraded system of panels, inverter and battery. I am a hard nut to crack before I am prepared to part with my money. Lee was totally professional and answered all my questions and patiently waited for me to decide. He stood out head and shoulders above other firms with his encyclopaedic knowledge coupled with his enthusiasm. No pressure, just great information and help. Nothing is too much trouble. His support after installation is also very impressive. His team of roofers and electricians were a joy to have on site. Their work was top notch from start to finish. Service like this is hard to find.

We have had solar panels since 2013, but decided to have them updated and add solar batteries from Eastbourne Energy. We are absolutely delighted....the reduction in our daily electricity expense is incredible, and already making a positive difference.

We were fortunate enough to have solar panels fitted 3 weeks ago by Eastbourne Energy. They were extremely professional the whole time from beginning to end . The solar panels look great and they have already provided us with a lot of electricity in spite of the cloudy and rainy days.
Eastbourne Energy have been excellent at keeping in contact and supporting us and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them .
We now look forward to some very sunny days to watch how much electricity is generated.

Wish I could give more than 5 stars! I recently had solar panels installed and all the team were absolutely amazing. They worked so hard on the hottest days of the year with unfailing good humour and great work ethic. From the first visit from Lee who advised on the number of panels, to installation and ongoing customer care they were all fabulous. I wholeheartedly recommend them.

I contact Lee and the team re an old solar system not installed by themselves and inherited by us on the property so information was limited.
The system had decided to stop working. Lee was absolutely fantastic he managed to get the system back up and working nothing was too much trouble he was so friendly and helpful. Would definitely be recommending to everyone and using again without a doubt.

Really great experience from start to finish
Installation went smoothly with no problems and the chaps were friendly and very polite and didn’t stop working until the job was done. My installation looks really smart and not a scrap of rubbish was left! Can’t fault Lee and the guys, they’d be my first choice if I had it done again. Lee is always there if you need something explaining or explaining again or if you have any queries.

Our whole experience with Eastbourne Energy, from the outset of the initial visit, through the whole installation process and the thorough post installment system breakdown was fantastic and inspired. Lee and his whole team (brother Phil and the installers and Bradley the electrician) were very friendly, passionate, professional and knowledgeable about their work. I first spoke with Lee a few months back about a solar PV installation for a house I was thinking of buying. Having bought the property I then started to look at the system seriously and couldn't have wanted a better explanation than was provided by Eastbourne Energy.
Installation was quickly arranged, and again I can't fault the work which was carried out without any interruption to my normal days.
