I was incredibly unprepared when I met with Scott for the first time to talk about getting a new roof. I had absolutely no idea what it all entailed. Scott was so patient with me. He went out of his way to not only help me make all the proper arrangements, but he helped me understand what was happening every step of the way. I am a local Realtor and while my client's home was under contract a crazy hail storm came in and extensively damaged the roof. We reached out to numerous roofing companies. Weddle and Sons were the most responsive and professional. They were not the cheapest! But after all the quotes we received we knew based on professionalism and communication alone, that we were going to use them.
Scott was our main point of contact and he was excellent. He always answered my calls and followed through with his promises.
Karla seems to be the glue that holds it all together. She took care of everything. She knows her stuff and coordinated everything with me. At the beginning she promised me that I would receive an email with all the docs the buyer's lender needed to close and sure enough I had it sooner than she promised. She's really excellent at what she does.
In summary, the pulled through with all their promises and the client is very happy with the quality. I'd use them again and have already referred them to other clients and for my own house.
