Tule arm let go of my Trek Rosco on the way to Wolwe Spruit, handle bar and stem were broken. Got to the shop at 16:30 and asked if they could help. Johan immediately got going and I was out the shop at 17:15, 15 min after closing time. The rest of the team had to wait for Johan to finish. What a pleasant Experience! We walked in on Saturday at about 12:20 and walked out half an hour later with 2 bicycles.
