Went there today to buy new MTB shoes. While looking at the shoes 3 people walked past me and not asking do I need any help or greeting me. Walking out 3 of them is standing at one of paying stations having a laugh. No wonder all the bikes are full of dust. No one buys them cause client service is non existent.

Extremely rude and condescending salesperson. In his response to my review George did not bother to ask for my side of the story. He was not there for the interaction, and I’d be very surprised if the salesperson’s attitude and general demeanour at work had not raised red flags before. I’m accused of “dehumanising” her, when I said “there’s no need to be bitchy”. I’ve also had to deal with her earlier this week when I picked up my bicycle (of which service documentation was “lost” so I had to drive there to find i had to pay for work done before I accepted a quote). Her reaction to the word “bitchy” is clearly feigned outrage from someone with a chip on her shoulder. She is not fit to work with the public.

Done 2 major services with them. Mainly for gears that slipped. Both times I had to return the bikes as the gears were still slipping.They quoted beforehand and without my concent did a bunch of things xtra. Why not check before handing it back? Not nice having to go back every time.

What a dissapointment. I will not be a returning customer. Bike was booked for chainring, chain and a bike wash. After confirming and informed that the bike was ready, this was not the case when I arrived to collect. Apparently they were confused between two bikes, and no work was completed on my bike. After a rush job and bad bike wash I returned home R3300 later with a bike that had to rewashed and absolutaly no confidance in the work as it was done in such a rush. Please be careful when doing business here.

My mom and I walked in, we greeted the lady and she continued cleaning her beloved coffee machine and didn’t even bother acknowledging our presence. All we wanted was their infamous Freezo. I will not support condescending business owners. Absolutel pathetic.

The worst service I received in a long, long time. When calling to do follow-ups, the line just keeps on ringin. Owner doesn't get back to you. Has a Whatsapp line, that if you try to contact you might get a reply once a day. Completely useless. Will never attempt to use again.
