Incredible service from Trek Wolwespruit this past weekend. I recently replaced my chainring and must’ve failed to tighten the non drive side crank arm properly. During my ride, the nut came loose and were lost somewhere on the trail. Trek did not hesitate to replace this nut, free of any charge. I would’ve expected something like this if I were riding a trek myself, but I’m not even. I would’ve been happy to pay, but this is honestly going above and beyond. It’s incredible service like this that’ll make me come back time and time again. Awesome experience as always
