Was having a problem with HostGator tech support trying to resolve an issue with access to our site through their Customer Account Portal. Not only could they not resolve the issue after MULTIPLE phone and email interactions, they ended up deleting access to our site/content--and wanted $150 to restore. Contacted Fernando for help and within an hour or so he was able to fully restore the site; AND was able to correct the problem of accessing our site through the Customer Account Portal (which half-a-dozen HostGator techs couldn't accomplish). Nice to get real personal support vs AI-driven scripted responses.

I recently needed help when having website issues and found my web designer was missing in action. My website is crucial to the operation of my business and I was really left in a bind. They don't have Saturday hours here, but if I could ever find a web guy that is open I would ask them if they could design the webpage for my google free site and what it would cost. Do they charge by the hour or do they give you a price for the whole job? But I appreciate the fact that this is the first web design company in a store front that I have ever seen. And if you look in the window you will see if they have an air hockey table which must be indicating that they are very fun people and there are model cars on their desks which means they are boys. LOL. And they even have a little stack of refrigerator magnets with their logo on it and phone number. That's what I'll grab if they are ever open. I would even buy a refrigerator on the same day.!!! But they're not open. And that's really sad for me because I am curious.
