We started with Roy Kistner. He found us the property we wanted and helped us set up our inspections. Very pleased with our realtor.
Mayte Alvarez Orozce got us started with a pre- approval letter. We were able to put in a bid for the property. Once bid excepted the process of obtaining a house loan began.
Mercedes Brito was very helpful with all the steps needed and definitely on top of her game. In my opinion, went the extra yard to keep me updated with each step of the process. She puts her heart and soul into it. I definitely felt she cared that but I knew and understood what was going on.

The new office 835 Park Ave in Tallahassee was very nice and comfortable for the closing meeting.

I closed on my house at the end of January using Xcellence Mortgage. The ladies worked very well for me even late into the evenings and on the weekends. I am a person that asks lots of questions and information, figures have to make sense to me in order for me to relax and be on board and I will admit that there were times during the process where it didn't make sense and the Xcellence team took the time to answer my questions and go over the details with the best of their abilities to explain things to me. It's a big decision and process to purchasing a home and I can honestly look back and say that I am very pleased that I used them for my mortgage and recommend them to any considering a purchase or even refinance. Thank you Xcellence Mortage for making it happen!! Oh and by the way I was using another company prior to reaching out to Xcellence Mortgage and that person couldn't do or even had suggested the method in which Xcellence worked my situation in order for it to work.
