I had a great experience buying my house with Xcellence Mortgage. Luis and Mercedes help me thru the whole process, they made the process so much easier. I never give reviews but I want the whole world to know how good of a mortgage company this is. They care so much, they respond to all your questions. I started with Luis and he was great and then I continue the process with Mercedes and she was phenomenal, she was able to get me CTC (clear to close) 2 weeks before closing was schedule. This has never happened to me before when I bought my other houses. She works day and night to help you, she responds via email and text pretty much at anytime. I would refer all my friends and family to them. Mercedes treats you like family. I'm still amazed at their knowledge and efficacy. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you !!!!

I have to say hands down best company to work with. Monica our realtor is one of the VERY BEST!!!!!! So efficent and helpful we were able to find our investment property within the very 1st week of working with her.
Madeleine our loan officer was very nice and Mercedes our loan processor was AMAZING!!!! We were able to close 2 weeks before scheduled date!!!!!

Just wanted to make a shout out to Madeleine and Mercedes over at Xcellence Mortgage. In the past I used another local mortgage broker but after coming on board with Xcellence Realty I thought I'd try out Xcellence Mortgage. I tell you what!!! Fantastic service from start to closing!! I was constantly in the loop with my buyers needs and could help them stay on top of what was needed from the lender so we could close on time. Actually was able to get CTC almost a week early. And this was no easy deal. Buyer had 630 score with repo's and collections. But Xcellence Mortgage was able to get it done, even after 2 others said no way. Excellence Mortgage could have slogan as Xcellence Track Stars....There's no hurdle they can't leap! Well done indeed. I definitely recommend Xcellence Mortgage.

When the team had to deal with one of their own, they know they were in it for the money. I have been a realtor for almost 18 years and have dealt with many mortgage companies, but I must say Xcellence Mortgage is by far the best mortgage company that I have worked with on a personal level.
