We recently used them for a refinance on our home. usually this would take 45 days but from the time we submitted to the time we received a CTC was only 7 days. The process was very efficient. Mercedes and Mayte were great to work with and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to finance a new home or refinance their current home!
