This was our first time buying a house. And it was the best experience all thanks to Mayte and her team; Madeline and Mercy. You where all so helpful throughout the process. They were heaven sent, because we had issues with the first lender we found and the realtor. They were able to work their magic and give us a better deal. Not only that, they personally offered to help us speaking to our shady realtor and educate him on certain issues without expecting a form of payment or pressuring us to go with them. They would answer our phone calls anytime we had a question early morning, late nights whenever. We feel blessed to have had the opportunity to work with them. And would recommend them instantly without hesitation. If you need a mortgage lender who actually cares for their customers look no further you have angels looking over you with this group. Xcellence should be placed in the top 10 or # 1 for new Mortgages or Refi’s Seriously! I was introduced by a friend name Fabienne to Xcellence Mortgage . A wonderful person by the name of Erica took interest in my Refi . Before , Xcellence Mortgage , I have reached out to Wellsfargo Bank several times and a few others Mortgage Companies. Erica is a firecracker when it involves her Clients . She fought for me night and day. I could count on her to make any calls for me due to busy schedule. I found that people she reached out to for me ,to be rude and disgruntled. But she never gave up . I could say so much more . But I think if you need her service , it will be all worth it to make just 1 phone call. I’m now debt free All my C/C were paid . I had $$$$ in my pocket. All in a timely manner . Thumbs up!!!!!👍🏼
