Efficient, quick and personable for even the little things!
I was riding a few loops around Central Park on Halloween, (probably the last nicest day of 2024) and got a flat.
I wanted to get in a couple more laps, so I hobbled to their store to have a new tube installed, and I was back riding in the park before I even stopped sweating!
Besides the brief yet pleasant and professional interactions that I had with a couple of the employees, they also provided some some suggestions and options about my bike's status. And as you know, if you are still reading this, there is nothing more important than feeling confident about your equipment, even if it is just for a few quick laps around the park.
