I brought my 25 year old Trek 1220 into the shop for service. The bike has over 11,000 miles on it with the original wheels, so they needed replacing. Along with that I wanted it checked over and anything else that needed repair have that done.My experience was great. I was treated well and they understood that I was resuming riding after a long time off. I especially liked that they didn't try to sell me a new bike in lieu of repairing my current one.

The manager along with Dale were so welcoming and accommodating to my Trek bike experience. I honestly went to Tipp Cyclery first. We walked in and weren’t even welcomed with a simple hello. Shortly after we googled if a trek or canyon were near by. In a matter of seconds of walking into Kettering Trek, the manager approached me and met my expectations with the price and bike expectations. Dale was amazing at pick up with educating me and helping me find the right accessories! Thank you Trek!
