Great service at the Lamar store. I was traveling from Wisconsin and decided to rent a bike to explore more of the city. The rental process was fast and easy. I told them I was going to check out the Veloway track. The guy I was working with heard my plans on getting there and suggested a better and safer way. I took his suggestion and enjoyed the route.

Went in for my MS150 bike check, complementary service for participants since trek is one of the biggest sponsors. I have gone to Lamar, 183 and bee caves over the years, they all have amazing staff with solutions for all items.

I had a great experience with the purchase of my new Checkpoint SL 5 from Trek South Lamar. Skot was very knowledgeable and patient throughout the entire process. He was able to locate the bike (in my size) elsewhere that I was interested in and had it shipped to Austin. After seeing it and test riding it, I decided I wanted the same model but in a different color. They were able to order it and have it assembled and ready in five days. Skot spend a generous amount of time making sure the fit was right and answering my questions. Love the bike. Thanks again.
