I came in with a last minute problem right before I went out on my weekly ride. I didn’t really have even a minute to spare. I’m so grateful to Joe, the new service manager, for jumping right in my problem, identifying that it was my brake pads in the rear, and swapping them out for me in less than 10 minutes! I made it to my ride in time and the bike rode better than it had in a month! A really outstanding customer experience! Shoutout to Anthony and the rest of the crew for always taking care of me. I don’t live in Ardmore anymore but Trek Ardmore is still my go-to for service and gear. Thanks to all!
