Jabari was the person in charge and onsite for my roof replacement project. He contacted us ahead of time to let us know his eta and when the crew would be arriving. Jabari explained the work flow and provided us with his phone number in case we had any questions along the way. Additionally, he gave us a link so we could view the work being done. Jabari and his crew were professional and courteous and completed the job in one day. From setup to cleanup this was top notch work. I love my new roof and would highly recommend this company.

Monarch Roofing just replaced our roof in a day!! No longer a fear of the next wind and rain event for us. The team from Monarch has been highly responsive, available, and communicative through out the entire process. Jabari Johnson was our team lead today. He was very professional and personable, informing us what time the team would arrive. Upon arrival, he introduced himself and explained exactly what and how the work would progress. He connected with us via cell so at any time during the day if we had a question or concern, he was personally accessible. He also used that to send us status reports via pictures before, during, and after completion. The team respectfully protected our gardens surrounding our house as well as windows and outdoor furniture to avoid any damage. You would think between old material and new, nails ect the outside could be pretty messy…not with Jabari and his crew. There was not a thing left behind that suggested anything had been worked on… except the new, beautiful, durable roof! Thank you Jabari and team, thank you Monarch Roofing!

Austin B. was the best..very polite. Shared pictures, of my new chimney cap,including one of a piece of my siding popped out. Took the time after packing up to get his guys to fix it. Going out of his way to do something not in his job description. Also put gutter pieces back together from the roofers. Thanks Austin!!

We had a flat roof on our sunroom that needed to be replaced. After calling another company and getting an estimate and job description, we decided to call Monarch because they had done a great job on our roof 6 years ago. From the first call we were again impressed with their professionalism and their fast response. Blayne was a great project manager and followed through from the beginning to the end making sure everything was done to their high expectations. The job superintendent worked right along with his crew and was very polite and professional. We were extremely pleased with their work and appreciated that they shared pictures of the work being done since we, obviously, could not see the roof. The price was fair and the entire job and cleanup exceptional!
