See MoreWent to the Nunawading store today with my wife to look at mattresses and Karim was very helpful without being pushy or impatient like some sales people can be in other stores in the area. After looking at some options and then leaving to check out some other stores we ended up returning because their service, prices and choices suited us the most and now are awaiting delivery of our new mattress. Recommend checking these guys out for sure and not just going straight for the bigger shops.

I ordered our son's bed online, contacted them to see if we could pick up next day since we rented a ute for something else on Saturdat. They got back to me after 30 min, checked for existing floor stock, apologised for not having any stock on hand. On Monday, the mattress is made to order and on Tuesday 9am, delivered by the most caring gentlemen who insisted that I do not touch the bed due to my pregnancy. Glad to have such a great experience, it's so refreshing.
