If you are thinking to buy a mattress, I will definitely recommend this place. Firstly, I would say I had a great experience from my first step in to the store. Customer representative ARUL was very helpful and knowledgeable and asked us lot of questions and understood our requirement. I really appreciate his patience and efforts to make us understand why we need to go with specific product and then recommend a product within our budget. Honestly, he was above and beyond. Nearly spent 30-45 min explaining about different products ( mattress’s and pillows) and materials what they are made of to understand the pricing of product. Definitely company should recognise him and give him a raise as he really deserves it. 5 Stars for Arul. Plenty of parking, had good EOFY deals , friendly staff. Bought queen mattress, pillows in reasonable price.

I'm writing this on behalf of someone. My ex bought a mattress from the Essendon shop in 2018 and it's the best mattress so far that we both have had. The team member was so helpful and gave him great tips to maintain the shape of the mattress, which was wonderful. 5 years later, he said it's still in a very good condition. I'm now with another partner and our current bed is from Ikea and its $400 more expensive that what my ex has, but it's nothing compare to the Chiropedic mattress (sorry Ikea). So we both gonna get a new Chiropedic mattress. Simply not worth it trying other brands. Best mattress ever!

We just had the best experience buying a mattress at the Hoppers Crossing store, all thanks to Bree! From the moment we walked in, Bree was super friendly and welcoming. We had no idea where to start, but she quickly understood what we needed and showed us the perfect options. Bree’s knowledge about mattresses blew us away, and she made everything so easy to understand. She never pressured us, which we really appreciated. In fact, this was our second visit to the store. We didn’t buy the mattress the first time because it was a big purchase, and we needed some time to decide. Bree was patient and genuinely cared about helping us find the right mattress. Finally, during our second visit, we made the decision! We can’t wait for our new mattress to arrive. We’re counting down the days until we’ll be sleeping like babies, all thanks to Bree.
