See MoreI had never owned a good mattress or been able to appriciate good sleep every night till I finally purchased my first Chiropedic mattress in April. A friend recommended this brand as she made a purchase from them many years ago. The sales lady, Vrithi, was so kind, patient and insightful in assisting me to choose just the right mattress for my needs, within my budget. I purchased during the Mother's Day sale that took 20% off which was amazing! The visit was so worth it! Fantastic quality, without having to spend heaps, plus delivery was free and easy to organise, PLUS inflating the mattress was super easy as well. I couldn't be happier. Love my new mattress and the quality of my sleep has been top notch! Would absolutely pass on and recommend this store for a really good mattress at a more than reasonable price!

See MoreI started mattress shopping at Craigieburn Chiropedic store, they didn't have the mattress size I wanted and so they rang their Braybrook store and found the mattress size I thought I wanted there. When I got to the store, I was greeted by Oskar. Very polite and very knowledgeable about what he called the mattresses families in the store. He was very thorough in explaining the pros and cons of each mattress I questioned him about. In the end I ended up with a mattress which I hadn't even considered but thought would be the best fit for me. Impeccable service, and now we wait on the results of how good the mattress he sold me really is.

She was vibrant, friendly, informative and accommodating. Clearly an asset to the company. We went back for a second visit and we now have a new bed! We are very happy with our decision. The bed is of a very high quality. It is true when they say confidently the quality of our sleep will improve. Obliviously the product offered is at a high standard and doesn't disappoint and I can also say the customer service is the same at a very high standard.
