Visited the store as we needed a replacement mattress and Merry and Oscar helped us thoroughly. Merry was very nice and patient as my mum couldn’t decide between two sizes. I went into the shop to buy a pillow and the sales assistant was very genuine and helpful. She also gave me lots of information about the beds which seemed to be well made and affordable. We bought a firm mattress which didn't help the situation with my back and were forced to return it just days before the end of the 100 night comfort guarantee. They went out of their way to find, deliver and have assembled 2 adjustable beds within days of the return, in the middle of a number of COVID lockdowns - thank you.

The store staff took me through the details and into depths of mattress making I didn’t even know existed. Needless to say I bought a mattress that was fitted to me down to the gel layer and padding density. I’ve never slept better.
