Vrithi was really helpful in helping us make a choice for our new mattress. We visited the showroom twice and both times she was happy to answer our numerous questions, happy to let us ttake our time to try the mattresses until we could go back to her with a final choice. Great customer service!

I looked around at a few different mattresses as there are plenty of options out there, but I was impressed by the Cloud 9 Classic Comfort mattress by Chiropedic. Delivery was on schedule and so far the mattress has been great. I usually sleep on my side and I find the firmness of this mattress to be just right for me. Even when I lay on my back I can feel the mattress supporting my lower back and I’m waking up feeling better than I did with my old mattress. My job is quite physical so this is obviously important to me and I’d certainly recommend the mattress to anyone considering to buy it. The service was quick and professional at the store on Ballarat road in Braybrook, however, two days after I purchased the mattress its price was reduced by a further $375. Naturally I was frustrated by this, but Chiropedic informed me that they have a 30 Day Best Price Promise - this means that they will refund me the difference in price. All in all I would certainly recommend Chiropedic for your bedding needs. The Cloud 9 Classic Comfort mattress is an excellent choice for side sleepers and it has great back support. Thank you!

Just received my mattress today and quality of my Cloud 9 is superb. I purchased my mattress about a year ago but due to COVID, I was unable to collect it. I had to keep delaying my order from 3 months to 6 months and then all the way to 2021. Great thing about Chiropedic is that once you place an order, 3-7 days prior to shipping, your mattress then goes into production. Their mattress is made-to-order and didn't sit in a warehouse for the duration of the year. Marissa was super informative and patient with us. She was able to guide us through different types of mattresses and even told us to lie there for 10-15mins before making an executive decision. Great pricing and great service. Highly recommend this family business.

Andrew was a wealth of knowledge on the products in the store, he was not pushing and helped us on our final selection, we also purchased bamboo pillows and a mattress protector. So refreshing to receive good customer service where the object is to help the client rather than upsell! We brought a mattress for our son a few months ago, and recently went back to buy another for us and then why not, a new mattress for the guest room as well!
