We arrived greeted by smiling staff (we could see them smile with their eyes, through the masks). We let them know we came to browse and they let us do our thing. We laid around on mattresses for a while, before asking questions, comparing the Cloud 9 mattresses. We kind of knew what we wanted but there wasn't a lot of info online, so being present in a store allowed us to have all our questions answered, and trying the mattresses definitely confirmed things for us. Oskar was informative and easygoing. It was a smooth and easy transaction after that. We left excited for our mattress delivery! Great service and team here, would highly recommend!

Highly recommend. Bought one of the Cloud 9 beds recently from this store. Staff were helpful, knew their product and not product pushing. Delivery was on time. To start with - the Cloud 9 Posture Gel is an incredible bed. It has given us many incredible sleepful nights over the past 2 years. So much so it has lead to many disappointing sleeps whenever we travel away from home on holidays or for week. We have been spoilt with this bed, and I would buy it again in a heartbeat. In 10 years time when we replace our mattress, I will not hesitate to buy from Chiropedic again. In store service - we visited a number of stores looking for a bed. Not only did we find the best bed here at your store, we also found the best customer service. If I recall correctly, the staff member looking after us was Vy and she did an incredible job. Thank you so much for the help! 15/10 would recommend.

Without being pushy he helped us select a mattress for our needs. We have slept on it for 3 weeks now and I can honestly say I do not wake up with a sore back every morning. We also bought a bamboo contoured pillow because of my neck issues and guess what - no more headache's . The price and made in Australia were an added bonus. Thankyou Chiropaedic - highly recommend them.
