We visited the site and received great service from Oskar. We were able to see the bed we wanted to ensure it was what we expected. We received a 60% sale discount and Oskar gave us another 5% discount for visiting the showroom. It was delivered 3 days after payment. Fantastic in these COVID times. The bed has been a godsend, my wife and I haven't slept so well in years. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS SELLER.

Highly recommend!! My partner and I had tested other mattress brands without success and eventually found Chiropedic. We were really impressed with the customer service we received from Ramon, very knowledgable and friendly and was never pushing us to make a decision. We ended up buying the Cloud 9 and are so happy! The mattress is a dream to sleep on and is so worth the money.

After going around multiple bed stores, the Chiropedic beds sold themselves. Exceedingly comfortable and great value for money. They just feel quality. Oskar was helpful, genuine, and not pushy. Cant wait to try out new bed out

We found Chiropedic online and liked the look of their prices compared to several other big retailers. Dropped into their Ballarat store to find out what their products were like, we were assisted by Isabel - she's fantastic! Australian made was important to us, we shopped around and visited several other mattress retailers that day for comparisons, the value for money and the sales service was what brought us back. Isabel's product knowledge was great, she listened to what our needs were as my husband and I both have back issues and she was able to recommend several options. We both work in sales and were put off by the sales 'techniques' at the other retailers, returning to Chiropedic, Isabel also managed to upsell us on several other items due to a really good promotion/sale they had running - just slept on our new king Cloud Gel last night for the first time and it's lovely! Definitely recommend :)

Fantastic service by VRITHI she was so patient and had amazing customer service skills , highly recommend the place , I purchased a King size Cloud bed its comfortable feels like I sleeping on a cloud. Purchased also doubles and KS with trundle all very comfortable with a great price tag.

Didn’t make the purchase in the end but we were really pleased with how lovely the attendant who served us today was. Really professional, knew her products incredibly well and made it easy for us to consider our options. Highly recommended!!

We did a little research prior to our purchase and were drawn to the Chiropedic brand. Visiting the Nunawading store, we were greeted warmly by Oskar, who proved to be knowledgeable and helpful, without being pushy. We walked away with the Cloud 9 variety and haven’t looked back. I finally took the purchase of a bed seriously and me and my wife’s back, have never been better. I have now referred two others to Chiropedic Nunawading and urge others to do so.
