Trek never quits!!
Ricardo helped me out and took the time to go over all the technicals and proper maintenance. I am overjoyed, they went above and beyond anything I could've imagined, we are so blessed to have these guys around. Thanks again dudes!

Josiah at Trek North County was extremely helpful in advising me how best to upgrade my bike (2015 Trek Fuel Ex 8). He asked me about what kind of riding I do, where I ride locally, and then looking at the bike talked through various options for each component for replacement/upgrade. At no time did he or anyone else try to upsell me something I didn't need.The service techs called me when the components came in and I dropped the bike off, within a couple of days it was ready for pickup.I'm extremely pleased with the work that was done, it feels like having a brand new bike. I highly recommend working with Trek North County for any kind of mountain bike build or servicing.

This store is great and super helpful. The talented bike mechanics are generous with their time and even look at bikes that aren't made by Trek. I bought my last bike there a few months ago and couldn't be happier. They also have some great e-mountain bikes for rent that are a blast to try out.
