I can’t say enough good things about the customer service I’ve received at Trek Franklin. Lead by one of the nicest guys you’ll ever know (Ryan), the entire team there is first class. Last May I walked in having not touched a bike in a decade. I’ve now bought two bikes and there is nowhere, or no one, I trust more with my bike needs than Ryan and his team at Trek Franklin.

Russ was a pleasure to work with, no pressure, no agenda…. Just straight up facts. I was a little intimidated before walking into the store as I know nothing about bikes or what would be best for me. Russ talked about my budget , my options, showed me several different bikes and talked about their differences. I highly recommend anyone, regardless of experience, walking into this bike shop.
