Amy at Trek Fort Wayne is the best salesperson who has ever taken care of me in my life! My husband and I were in the store in July. She patiently and attentively helped us try out several bikes asking us detailed questions about what we liked and what we needed. She let us take the bikes on the trail test drive them and made sure we had helmets to be safe. After nearly an hour of fun we sadly said we would need to wait until the sting to buy our new bikes, and she was understanding and supportive. She said, "I will remember you. Ask for Amy when you come back." When I went back in December to buy my husband the bike for Christmas she remembered everything just by looking at my face! No notes, just sheer awesomeness! She even made sure we hooked him up with sweet pedals and helped me load it into the car. She patiently taught me how to take off the front tire and gave me a big red bow for under the tree. My husband loves his new bike and said he felt like a 10 year old getting a bike for Christmas! We are all thrilled the weather will be unseasonably warm outside so he can test it out.
