Westward bound from Vermont, I thought a travel break and bike ride would be just the thing. It was a beautiful day in the neighborhood, just begging for an outdoor bike ride. I work at a bike shop back home, so figured the local shop would be a good source of “where to ride” knowledge.
This is a great bicycle shop, well stocked, Lots of room, well organized, and most importantly, friendly, helpful staff. I’m impressed.
Following their suggestion, I rode some of the local bike paths, sampled most of the mountain bike single track behind the nearby zoo/city park. All this right out the back door of the shop.
p.s. what I saw of Fort Wayne, it’s pretty cool also.

Mick was super helpful getting me the correct sensor I needed for my bike. Shane in service was also very helpful and fixed an issue with my bike on the spot.

I was very impressed with my visit to the store. Roy (and Mick) were extremely helpful. Nick is very knowledgeable and his goal was to find the right bicycle for me. In addition to his knowledge of bikes and biking, he was friendly, respectful, and very attentive to MY needs. Wonderful experience and would recommend this store.

Really helped me out. I have an old bicycle from college that had broken down over the years and I wouldn't give up on it neither did they under $20 in Parts and I'm back on two wheels!

This shop is great! The staff here are very knowledgeable and go out of thier way to help you with any bicycle needs. Roy, Mick, Amy, Shane, Mitch, and the rest of the staff deserve recognition. I am very pleased with Trek and these people have made cycling fun and exciting for a newbie.

This place is really great. I took in a tire that I accidentally blew out the rim, eesh, yes the rim. I was trying to get it replaced quick, it’s a small size for a trailer. I worked with Shane, he was incredibly helpful. And didn’t have anything in stock. BUT he didn’t play some sleazy tactic to get me to still go with him. He gave me local recommendations who might have it in stock so I can get rolling this weekend with the great weather. He even took the freewheel off for me and put it in a bag and sent me on my way. I was so
Impressed. He didn’t make a sale today, but I will 100% be back. This is good customer service.

Mick's empathy and time spent together in understanding limitations, helped in co-ordinating the perfect experience of fit, and test riding at the store.
It has also led to the perfect experience, freedom, and daily joy outside the store.
Our longest day adventure to date has been a 19 mile ride through all of nature surrounding us. My bride has gotten to experience the thrill of being able to ride in the safety and assist features that now is a daily part of our lives!
