These are amazing and Ive been blown away from the results. They have helped me with my sleep. I don't even know I have my monthly because I have no cramps no pms nothing. Its an amazing!! I also have stopped waking up and snacking in the middle of the night!! I'd recommend these to everyone because you will be blown away just like I am!!

This is my second bottle of balance capsules. They really do seem to help. I am perimenopausal and these capsules help with sleeping and mood swings and also my anxiety.
