Bought a Bluetooth kit for my civic from TDI Tuning, had a hiccup on their end with the harness. Had to send back, but not a worry, the entire process had full communication and quick response. The kit came back and was easy to install, and works a charm. Get a huge noticeable difference in performance. Amazing customer service and product.

I asked a few questions before buying, they were answered swiftly and with great detail. I ordered the tuning box for my Cupra Formentor and fitted it with ease. Up and running in 10 mins. The instructions were very easy to follow. The car performs well without the box, with the box it is wow!

Slightly awkward to connect the leads to my engine, but once connected up it was very easy to setup and a stunning difference once up and running. Very happy overall

A little disappointed to be honest, impossible for a diyer with biceps to install so a 140 mile round trip to fit, first unit kept making the van not start, they upgraded the unit at my return postage cost. I did receive the upgraded replacement unit quickly but now I can't go above setting 3 otherwise the engine check light comes on and dangerously I get about 10% power, not good down a dark road, with traffic, approaching a hill! I was advised not to use settings 4-7 and it'll be okay, I paid for power, not a mediocre gain. Disappointed, was offered a new download but they would have just spread the maps out with no gains! If it's just a fuel pressure map I'd avoid, a map to adjust the boost for it.....maybe.

Such a fast service from initial order to delivery! Box installed in 10 minutes (after finding a T27 torx bit). Perfect instructions, easy to follow. Once fitted I did my commute home on setting 4 as its bang on 20 miles…. Then set the box to 7 and put my foot down, such a difference to standard! Thanks TDI Tuning! I ordered a tuning box for my VW Crafter 2020 140ps model as I always wanted to increase a bit of power, but I was always worried that it might cause damage to the engine or something else as the van is still under warranty, but after I did some research, I decided to give It go with this company. It arrived very quickly. I didn’t get a chance to fit it straight away. I fit it after a few days, and I encountered a small problem as I couldn't figure out where to plug it in. I emailed the office with a picture of my engine, and they replied very quickly, explaining with arrows on the picture to show me where the plugs are located, which helped a lot. After I fit it, I went for a drive, and I couldn't figure out if it were actually helping or not. I was kind of disappointed, and it had a bit of weight at the back, so I thought I would keep it for some time; after driving for a week, it was time to take the van to the dealer for regular service, and I had to remove the box, after I start driving without a box then I noticed that it's was very slow and sluggish, damm I was wrong about this box. As soon as I got the van from the dealer, I installed it back straight away, and now I cannot drive without one as it does make a difference. The fuel economy is much better, and power delivery is excellent, more fun to drive. These guys were fantastic and after-sales service and are so helpful, I cannot rate them enough. Many thanks

Been using TDI Tuning for a long time now, over the years I've had 6 cars fitted with there Tuning boxes from ST's, BMW's, Seats, VW's and yes even a vauxhall and quite frankly I wouldn't use anyone else. Guaranteed no stupid over tunes like many other cracker Jack companies.....or boast. The configurations are always spot on any time I've had questions or issues (which they've normally been with the car I.e a sensor) they're straight on it and can easily send a altered map directly through their app. Will be spending many more years with this company as I know I'm not going to be sold a tale. Good work guys

Really happy with my tuning box, I had a bit of trouble locating 1 of the connections, but I spoke to 1 of the technicians at tdi who arranged for me to bring my car in and help me with the fitting, it only took 10 mins to fit, and wow what a difference!, the throttle response is a lot smoother and quicker, also seems like the lost power has been restored, I would highly recommend tdi tuning, a great service and excellent after sales help, 10/10.

Just bought a tuning box for a mercedes c350e and couldn't get it to work,thought I would go and speak to the company directly rather than emailing them. 1 off the mechanics was really helpful in explaining the issues and actually fitted the box for me,saving me the hassle. Many thanks.

Couldn't speak more highly of TDI Tuning! Box came quickly and managed to get it installed, with some technical help, easily! Car feels completely different and as it should from the factory!

So it's 5 stars for the Company, even though the product itself didn't work for me. I have a really uneconomical car, and I was probably hoping for a bit of a miracle but in short, I tried the performance chip and it didn't work out, the Company were really helpful and the returns process was handled swiftly. I know from other people and other reviews that the product itself really does work for a lot of people, and I would highly recommend using this Company.
