Always enjoy visiting Trek Bicycle St Albans. The team are always super helpful and very customer service focused. I took my electric mountain bike in for a service, even though super busy, my bike was completed sooner than I was told, so I could get my planned weekend ride in. I was updated all the way with work that was required, with their intention of keeping costs to a minimum. Always great advice, and focused on using the best products. I ended up dropping off my Road bike for a service when collecting my mountain bike, 1 in, 1 out. They are happy to service most brands, looking forward to going back in soon. Well done Stuart and team, a well managed, highly respected business.
