Rarely am I impressed by customer service at all these days, to the point where I consistently have low expectations. But the service from this Trek store was truly excellent, to the point where I can be bothered to write a review about it. Offered a coffee on arrival, bike was take on off my hands and put on the rack, all needs promptly attended to. Upgrade work was done with no extra charge (although all the gear I needed was definitely on the pricier side, especially the £60 pair of cycling gloves with no budget-friendly options available) and completed same day. They even cleaned by bike up and it looked like new, which was a rare surprise and delight moment. Martyn was friendly, helpful and above all human. I can see what all the great reviews on Google are about. The store was also immaculately presented.

If it's a bicycle you want, this is the place to get one. Lewis is the one who will make sure you get the right one for your needs. Friendly, patient and knowledgeable guy. If it's a service you need, then this is the place. If you don't need one they will tell you. Martyn is the guy for repairs and servicing. Everyone here will not pressurise you into buying anything. If it's advice you need, then pop in and ask. Don't waste your time getting a loan for your dream bike. They offer 0% interest rate and 0% APR. Thanks guys!
