The Trek shop consistently delivers exceptional customer service that truly stands out. Martyn, my go-to person there, impresses me not only with his extensive knowledge but also his friendly demeanor. In the past, I used to rely on a local bike mechanic for servicing, but to my pleasant surprise, the Trek shop offers more affordable services. Martyn has been dedicatedly assisting me with a rather complex seat post issue. He has invested a significant amount of effort into resolving it, and he even managed to secure a new seat post for me under warranty. Despite his diligent efforts, the seat post issue persists. However, I remain hopeful and plan to schedule my bike for a visit soon, in the hopes of exploring alternative solutions for a resolution.
