12/10 for customer service. Rocked up with a Wilier Jaroon looking for mudguards. After the wider ones were deemed unsuitable they offered to try and fit the smaller size. After half an hour's persistence these also proved unsuitable. Such great customer service and the staff have an obvious passion for cycling. Highly recommended.

Really friendly and knowledgeable staff without being too pushy. Unlike some others they actually seem genuinely interested in what you were trying to fix or do. Having a Trek dealer on my doorstep is very handy but actually having a Trek store is like having a candy store next door. Is the first store I've been in where the staff seem just as happy having a chat as making a target. I don't think it matters if you go in for an e-bike or a cable nipple they are all friendly and willing to take time with you.
