Great shop, great service - in particular an American guy (think his name was Will) who knows real customer service. Great ambassador for the brand and shop. Very knowledgeable guy (sold me my Domane SL6) and fitted a new mudguard (that I was struggling with) to my old bike some weeks later. Seek him out if you can.

Went to Trek shop in St Alban's on 17.11.23. I was helped by Stuart the manager. He was friendly helpful and very knowledgeable about the electric bike situation. Additionally he provided a safe area for my 6 year old granddaughter to draw, whilst we talked bikes. Well done Trek.
