Took my Whyte Rheo in for a service and some new tubeless tyres a few weeks ago. Really good friendly guy and good advice. It was like a new bike when done. Really pleased with what they’d done. A few weeks later, I managed to damage the valves by being heavy handed with an old unsuitable pump. Took it back and they sorted it that afternoon and wouldn’t take any payment. Really would recommend this place highly.

My wife purchased a Trek FX Sport last year and I was really impressed with the St Albans Trek store. The Trek team were always very welcoming and happy to answer any questions or address any tweaks to my wife's bike when she popped in. So following a pre-purchase bike fit I was happy that it identified the Checkpoint SLR 6 as one of the most suitable bikes for my requirements. So far, (and it is early days) the bike seems great and I am happy that I have access to and support from the same local Trek team should I need it. In particular, a special mention for Alex at the store. He was a real help to me in speccing the bike, he kept me updated on delivery and was happy to make any adjustments I needed. He's a great ambassador for Trek.

Great shop with amazing staff. We went in to buy some flat pedals for my son's bike and due to something out of the shops control they were out of stock. We received absolutely amazing service from Alex at Trek yesterday when buying my son's bike.
He’s 12, autistic and ADHD, and had been distraught (from stupidly looking elsewhere and service being hideous) and very determined that he needed a bike NOW.
Alex was incredible — so kind, calm and endlessly patient. He took the time to really understand what he needed, reassured him, and gently kitted him out with everything he needed without ever rushing or overwhelming him.

My frame became damaged and as it was under warranty I took it to Trek at St. Albans. Alex and his team were very helpful and I had no trouble in them agreeing to a new frame. They even gave me a replacement bike so I could continue cycling whilst I was waiting for the new frame to be delivered

I recently received a Trek Procaliber 8 MTB which I ordered from Trek and was sourced from Trek St Albans.
I couldn't be happier with the bike which was delivered full assembled so no bike box and packaging to deal with.
It has been assembled to a high standard and the gears brakes etc have been set up perfectly.
I would highly recommend ordering a bike online from Trek St Albans.
