Great service - they fixed my Trek bike while I waited and then also helped me with a couple of other details on my bike. The shop itself is large and well laid out with a big display of Trek bikes and loads of accessories. 100% recommend.

I recently wanted to upgrade my aluminium bike to an up to date carbon frame road bike. I visited this store in St Albans and was greeted by a Gentlemen by the name of Alex who asked me several questions regarding what kind of rider I am, where I like to ride,what kind of bike I am looking to purchase e,t,c. He showed me a couple of models and discussed the features and options available for both models. I left the store and went back a few days later to roadtest both bikes. This time, I was greeted by a Gentleman by the name of Julian. I roadtested both bikes and made my purchase.
I would just like to say that the whole experience was an absolute pleasure.
I would not hesitate to recommend Trek St Albans to anybody.
Alex and Julian are an asset to their organisation and we're extremely professional and knowledgeable. Well done guys, keep up the fantastic work.

Luca and Aaron were absolutely amazing, very polite and welcoming, showed us the different bikes and was on hand to answer any questions we had. They seemed very knowledgeable with the bikes they were selling which made the decision to choose a bike easier. I would not hesitate in recommending this store to anyone. 5 star service and no pressure to buy. We had a long, drawn-out back-and-forth regarding my bike, and to be honest, I was actually dreading my appointment today . However, Alex and his team completely turned the situation around and brought it to a highly satisfactory conclusion. He truly over-delivered!
The silver lining to the whole experience is that I learned a ton about how the TQ motor operates, and it felt like a positive learning experience for both of us. I am now a very satisfied customer. The bike looks absolutely fantastic with the new internal cable routing and the TQ HPR 60 motor. If you need any help or have a complex issue, Alex is the guy you want in your corner. I brought my first Trek from here. I had to travel up to MK for the recent Madone purchase and MK were good BUT Alex at Trek St Albans takes customer care to the next level. As a professional I aim for high standards but Alex blew it out the park with his combination of effortless charisma in the way that he shared his knowledge, delivered a clear, informative and relevant insight into everything I wanted to know as well as inspiring my thoughts into my next bike almost on a subconscious level. Trek you deliver well always but in Alex you have an asset who would serve you well as a national store trainer, not many retail managers can deliver what Alex did with authenticity and easy.

I purchased my trek emonda from a cycle shop In Letchworth, however they were taken over by another company. After finding myself a bit stuck with where to take my bike I decided to take it to the trek store in St Albans. This was one of the best decisions I've made as the team are absolutely fantastic, welcoming, knowledgeable and can't do enough for you. We are all on first name terms now after being there quite a bit now as the team look after my bike servicing, reccomeded new tyres which were a game changer and generally just help when I need it. I was so impressed I reccomeded my father to buy his bike from the store which he did and I'll continue to reccomed the team to anyone else asking me for anything to do with bikes.
