I ordered my bike on Saturday. The Trek website said it would be there in two days. Mike from Trek Davenport store reached out to me on Tuesday said the bike was ready for pick up and if there was anything else I wanted done. I asked about tubeless and said I’d have to pay for material. Come to find out it was already set up for tubeless. He assisted me getting the bike out the store and on the rack. Also informed me about trails in the area and an app I could download. Didn’t pressure me on anything and said we are here when you need anything. Really pleasant experience. Thanks Trek and thanks Mike for making it an awesome experience

We just had a wheel repaired for my partners wheelchair and they were so nice and service was both quick and affordable! Great set of people, I'm grateful for their help!
