I ran over a pothole and it blew a spoke off and took my rear wheel out of round on my 2010 Trek 7200. Went in to get the wheel back to true, and they found it was cracked and not fixable.
They ordered me a new wheel that was cheaper quality, but in my budget to be delivered to the store the next week. It happened to not come in by the next week so they gave me a more expensive wheel for the same cost.
They ALSO took the old cassette off the old wheel, cleaned it, and installed it onto the new wheel for free!
The customer service is out of this world. They're kind, welcoming, and so helpful. I wont be taking my current bikes anywhere else for the rest of my life, and they're where im going when I want a new one.

I went in looking for something easy for my daughter to get a bike or tricycle. We were having a hard time fitting her and getting here to use the pedals. Bob immediately greeted us at the door and help my daughter pick the right one. Now leaving the building she can use it like it's nothing. Thanks for helping find my daughter a bike Bob and taking the time to help her. Recommended to bring your kids here to find a bike they have a great trade in program as well!

I stopped in to Trek Davenport today as I was traveling through the QC. My tire had a flat and I didn’t have to tools with me to fix it. The people there were SO helpful and fixed it quickly. He was super informative and very nice. I highly recommend this bike shop for all bike needs!
