I ran over a pothole and it blew a spoke off and took my rear wheel out of round on my 2010 Trek 7200. Went in to get the wheel back to true, and they found it was cracked and not fixable. They ordered me a new wheel that was cheaper quality, but in my budget to be delivered to the store the next week. It happened to not come in by the next week so they gave me a more expensive wheel for the same cost. They ALSO took the old cassette off the old wheel, cleaned it, and installed it onto the new wheel for free! The customer service is out of this world. They're kind, welcoming, and so helpful. I wont be taking my current bikes anywhere else for the rest of my life, and they're where im going when I want a new one. I 110% recommend!
