They're the best practice in Raleigh! I've been going to them for over 5 years.

I went to Renaissance after having a poor experience at another practice when trying to fix a chipped tooth. From the moment I scheduled my appointment with RDC I knew it was the place for me. The over the phone service was amazing and I felt genuinely cared for. Not to mention the absolute AMAZING experience I had when having my front tooth repaired. I have bad OCD and the staff worked with me to fully accommodate the results I wanted. Ms. Carla and Dr. Compton made me feel safe, seen, and understood. I never felt scared or anxious and that is something I never thought would be possible at the dentist. Thank you Renaissance Dental Center!!!!!! To anybody looking for preventative care or cosmetic work, I feel confident in saying that RDC can and will accomplish what you're looking for!

I love Dr. Abernathy and all of the dentists here! All of the staff are so nice and very willing to help. I think my hygienist’s name is Kaitlyn? Please forgive me if I got your name wrong. She is superb! Very gentle and explained everything. Dr. Abernathy has called me after procedures to check on me and just is a super kind person.

My experience at Renaissance Dental was amazing! The receptionist was the most polite lady I've ever met, as well as very helpful. Once I was in the escorted back to get the work done, the Dental Assistant was so friendly and very down to Earth. Upon the Dr. arriving, she immediately asked if I had any other issues other than the reason for my appointment. The Dr. was down to Earth and friendly as well. Through my entire procedure both ladies were letting me know what they were doing and talking to me the entire time. Absolutely, by far, the best Dental experience ever! I highly recommend Renaissance Dental!

I have required significant dental care for over 30 years. Since moving to Raleigh in 1998 I have seen 4 dentist before finding Dr. Anna Abernathy. Anna is an exceptional dentist. She excels technologically, artistically and provides advice for next steps (care) that makes sense for the patient. Unfortunately I had spent over $30,000 with one Raleigh dentist only to require a total re-do by another dentist 3 years later. My faith and trust in dentists was non existent and then I met Anna. Her aesthetic work will exceed your expectations. I have concluded that Anna is exceptional because she is passionate about her work. God blessed her with the intelligence and skills to be the best. She took those gifts, applied and dedicated herself to provide each patient with excellent care. On top of that she is warm, engaging, and has a sense of humor that I appreciate. She’s a unicorn! If you are looking for the best Dr. Abernathy will not disappoint.

Dr. Sonner and her team make every dental appointment comfortable and professional! I recently moved to Raleigh and was in search of a dental practice for both routine cleanings and cosmetic dentistry services. After reading many reviews on the internet I am glad I made the decision to reach out to Renaissance Dental Center and book a new patient appointment. Dr. Sonner used an artist’s eye to create a smile I am proud of! Nothing but 5 stars for this skilled team!

I have a lot of dental anxiety and I could not have more pleased with my first visit to Renaissance. Dr. Abernethy and her team were AMAZING, I wish there was a better word to use to describe them. They were so comforting and helpful and easy to be with and talk to. I am so excited to have found them and to move forward with them in my future!

Excellent office and staff is fantastic I have 20 years in the dental field so I am super picky, this is the best office I have ever been to.

The staff was helpful and all in good spirit. Dr. Compton was awesome she did a great job and was very efficient! I had around three fillings and she finished in 45 minutes and was very concerned about my level of comfort and if I was feeling any pain. I tend to be very tense at the dentist. I’d say it was a good experience. This is also my only review if that says anything.

I have been a patient at Renaissance Dental for seven years. Every single time I have been my dental needs were met with expertise, personable hygienists and dentists, and I’ve never experienced pain or discomfort. Dr. Sonner goes the extra mile to care for her patients. I moved out of state and used another dentist and her at the same time and she offered to work with him and even offered to work with my psychiatrist to ensure my level of anxiety would diminish as I experience anxiety going to the dentist. The office mimics a spa, offering heated blankets, neck warmers and food and beverage. I always leave feeling refreshed and renewed and my dental needs are met with the upmost care. There is no other dentist for me!

From lidocaine (inside joke) to lifesaver! So grateful I landed in the hands of Dr. Compton & the fabulous Karen Budd to assist in a cosmetic front tooth correction within 24hrs of a prior questionable/laughable/“are you serious?” work gone wrong. Dr. Compton is a legit tooth artist— her commitment to perfecting my issue was inspiring. She was not going to let me leave that chair without 100% satisfaction! It truly is refreshing when people love their job & listening to the tandem work between Dr. Compton & Karen still has me smiling… I (and my case) felt important to them, not rushed & genuinely cared for. I have now transferred all of my records over— Renaissance will be my primary dentist going forward as well. Hats off to the ladies up front who rushed me in for an appointment, my journey started with them & I couldn’t be more appreciative for their concern & follow through to get me booked! BIG (properly corrected) SMILE from this happy customer!
