Where do I begin! This place is amazing, from the front desk staff, the dental hygienists, and doctors. Immediately felt at home and welcomed. Took the time to go over all my options and made sure I understood everything. Was gentle and understood my needs! This place is truly one of kind, I am grateful to have found them! Thank you for providing such excellent service! Side note the office looks beautiful inside, so cozy!

I have grown up with my mother working in the dental field and it wasn’t until a recent decision to move to another state that quickly made me realized how much I took for granted having my dental needs always taken care of. I tried when I first moved here to find a dentist and had a horrible experience that left me contemplating just flying back home anytime I needed dental work but I know that wasn’t really going to work. I really took my time researching different offices and reading through countless reviews until I stumbled upon renaissance and from first glance I thought it looks too good to be true. Then I finally got the courage one day to call and I spoke with velvet whom was just amazing and took the time to hear me out with what I was looking for and what my concerns were. Fast forward to the day of the appointment and my anxiety was through the roof and I was nervous all day (Iv had some trauma from the last place) I walked to the front door and as soon as I opened the door … I know this sounds silly but it felt like I walked into my family’s home. It was calm, clean, and so elegant but comfy at the same time. I sat down for all but a minute and then was taken back. I hear my name called and stand up to walk to the unknown with anxiety at an all time high and I just kept telling myself it’s gonna be fine I have to get my teeth checked but I was greeted with a smiling face from Vicci. As soon as I sat down Vicci was already up to date with the concerns I had and why I was there while also taking the time to validate and comfort my past experience. Through out the cleaning she took her time, checked how I was doing and explained what she doing which calmed my nerves Next it was time for the Doctor to walk in and as soon as Dr.Wells introduced herself and started talking to me I knew she just became my new dentist. Dr. Wells was kind, professional, and took the time to explain everything as well. I honestly sat there shocked that I’d just made through the whole cleaning pain free. Vicci walked me up to the check out desk and the ladies up there were nice as well and I immediately made sure to request only Vicci and Dr.Wells for future visit. I’m creature of habit and it makes me feel comfortable when I have a routine or see the same faces. Renaissance team seriously y’all are amazing and I am happy to have found a dentist home in my new home state and can’t thank y'all enough for helping to change my experience back to what it’s always been. Feeling like you’re just hanging out with family while you’re getting your teeth cleaned.

My mom had her dental checkup at Renaissance Dental Center today. When she got back into the car, expressed how pleased with the dental hygienist's treatment. Overall, she was very happy with her visit.

The dental hygienist was very nice to me and so professional. The dentist was very informative and kind. The receptionist has a bubbly personality and it was a joy talking to her she helped me set up my next appointment. Great team.

All I can say is “wow”! Never have I experienced such high tech, state of the art dental care; nor had as thorough an exam as yesterday’s initial visit to Renaissance Dental. The fact that my old dentist’s office stopped taking my insurance was a blessing in disguise. I am astounded at the level of friendliness & professionalism that prevailed throughout to entire experience. We made plans together for follow up care and addressed matters that concerned me with feasible solutions offered! Such a positive visit! Needless to say, I came home raving about it to my husband, who now intends to change dentists. I thank you all: Velvet, Samantha, Kendra, and Dr. Abernathy, and look forward to my next appointment.
