The staff was so professional, friendly and welcoming. The hygienist was so nice and explained everything so well. Karen in the finance office was very patient with all my questions and very personable. Dr. Sonner made me feel very relaxed and gave me so many good options for the extensive work I need. I’ve been coming to Renaissance Dental Center since last year, and every time I come is a great experience. The clinic is super clean and the atmosphere is amazing. I always receive the best care from Shannon Hugel, who always assists me with insurance information, Mary, who always makes my dental cleaning, and to the excellent work of Dr. Abernethy. Me atiendo en Renaissance Dental Center desde el año pasado, y cada vez que vengo recibo la mejor atención por parte de todo el personal de la clínica. El lugar siempre está limpio y su decoración y ambientación hace que te sientas super a gusto! OMG. I don’t usually get excited about going to the dentist but Renaissance was an amazing dental experience. A very dear friend had recommended them and what a recommendation. Every touch point was so professional and efficient. Not only did they get previous dental records they reviewed them before my visit. The atmosphere and decor is so welcoming and relaxing. The hygentist, Vickie did an amazing job with the records. Cushions on the device they use for the xray apparatus. She did a thorough and painless cleaning. Dr Abernathy was so pleasant and professional. This dentist is 30 minutes from me and my prior dentist much closer, it is worth the drive. If you are in the market don’t hesitate. My friend sees Dr Wells and has high regard for her too. Thank you renaissance.

Excellent service from both Vicki and new gentleman dentist today for both cleaning, X-rays, and exam. Vicki particularly was extremely hardworking as usual. She rocks!!

This is hands down the best dental office I’ve ever been to. They are all so great. Actually care about their clients. Feels like family in the office. Latest tech for dealing with cavities, etc. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a new dentist.

Put an S on her chest, because Shannon is the best! She stewarded me through two insurances and an appeal of one of those. And she did it all with humor and grace. You can tell she cares and knows her stuff. Genuinely look forward to speaking with her.

As always, I was treated with courtesy by the staff, dental hygienist and dentist yesterday during my procedure which was shoehorned in pretty much at the last minute. Renaissance specializes in high quality dental care but they also listen to the patient. Due to some other medical issues I have dealt with since May 29, I really wanted to avoid any needles and painkillers as much as possible yesterday. The dentist listened and assured me that the procedure he was about to do would not require any such things and then he delivered on his word. I have found that to be a consistent theme of the Renaiisance team, they listen to you and then explain what they are planning to do to correct your dental problem and I have not been shocked or surprised by anything they have done during the procedure.

There is no better place to go. I absolutely love Dr. Sonner and the girls. Everyone is amazing and the dental work is top of the line. Don't trust your dental work with anyone else. I've tried others in my area as well as Sanford/Cameron and regretted it. I drive from Fayetteville and it's well worth the drive.

Nobody enjoys going to the dentist, but if you have to go you want to make it Renaissance Dental in North Raleigh. They are the best!!
