I don't believe in perfection but you all were close enough. The quality of care, service, and concern were outstanding. Everything seemed to be top notch and professionally carried through!

I was one of the first patients at Renaissance Dental. I've been with them since the paint dried and I've had nothing but GREAT experiences. What I love: 1) They have always been exactly on time. I've never waited in the waiting room for more than a minute. Only one time they ran late because of an emergency patient and then they called and rescheduled me long before I got to the appointment. 2) Great extras. I've started showing up early for my appointments so I can relax in the full massage chair in the waiting room. They offer hot compresses for your neck, and other things my wife enjoys. 3) Vicci Newland: Vicci is my hygienist and she's efficient, and thorough. She always offers me numbing gel for cleanings but I've never needed them because she is gentle. 4) TV and remote control above the dental chair. Awesome. 5) All the Doctors. All of the doctors are great. Thankfully I've not needed a lot of work with the doctors, but the little I have needed was painless, fast, and efficient. 6) Carol at the front desk! Carol is the best- so nice, and great to work with. Her friendly reminders will make sure you never miss an appointment. I'm a busy person and one of the things I value highly is the "zero wait time" at Renaissance. If my appointment is at 3pm, I'm walking back to the chair at 2:59pm. Because of this, I can predictably schedule my day. Very few health providers keep their time promises as well as Renaissance. And of course, I have the same hygienist (Vicci) each time, so she knows my mouth and can work in the most efficient way to have me in and out. I wholeheartedly recommend Renaissance Dental Center.

I can speak for my entire family that the quality of care and friendly, helpful staff make going to the dentist an enjoyable experience.

Trust! I trust this team of professionals! I have been to many offices here in the Triangle and now for the last few years I have only come to this office and plan to be here for a long time.

Okay...I just can't say enough positive things about Renaissance. I switched to Renaissance from another dental office that I had been going to for 12 years. I was referred to the Renaissance by a co-worker (1st good sign) and it blew my mind how different this environment was from my previous dental office. They have the most beautiful, high-end equipment, a relaxing atmosphere and the most amazing and friendly staff you can imagine. Dr. Abernethy is my dentist and although I've only met her a handful of times, I feel like I've known her for years. She is a ray of sunshine and makes you feel so valued and cared for. She won't stop until she's perfected whatever it is you want done, and I SO appreciate a perfectionist. The whole staff is just so nice and genuine. You can feel the positivity in the air and you can't put a price on that. I never knew that I could actually feel excited to go to the dentist, but I truly look forward to my visits there. You NEED to try it out.

I have been a patient at Renaissance Dental Center for 16 years now. The service they have provided has been beyond outstanding. All the dentists that work there are equally amazing. Dr. Anna Abernethy has been my primary dentist and has provided me with excellent care and has shown true compassion towards me. Vicci Newland has been my dental hygienist from the beginning and I adore her. If for any reason Vikki or Dr. Abernethy can no longer help with my teeth, I will truly be lost! As a survivor of tongue cancer, I have a great deal of anxiety regarding anything related to my mouth. I also have a lot of teeth and jaw issues due to my radiation treatment. Vicci is very thorough while remaining gentle with my mouth. She goes the extra mile to care for me and gives it her all every single time. I should also mention that I have to go in for cleanings every 3 months and still, Vicci is always consistent in her care. Dr. Abernethy is truly kind and caring while being one of the most intelligent people I know. Her knowledge and expertise is unbelievable. On top of that, she is constantly learning new skills and techniques and thinking outside of the box. I could go on and on. Renaissance Dental is a blessing in my life. Thank you to all of the staff for being more than I could ever ask for!!!

I've been going to Renaissance Dental for almost 4 years. I could not ask for a better experience than I get from Dr. Abernathy and Vicci. The office feels and looks like a home, and that's how you're treated from everyone on the staff, like you're home. I could not more highly recommend a dental practice.

I have been seeing the team at Renaissance Dental for over 3 years and I have never had an experience there that was less than outstanding. Not something easy to say about going to the dentist! Vicky is always incredibly friendly and enthusiastic and does a tremendous job immediately making you feel at ease. And Dr. Anna is always warm and engaging and does a great job technically and in educating her patients. I feel truly lucky to have found such a great practice and would recommend the entire Renaissance team to anyone!

I could not be more pleased with the service at Renaissance Dental Care. It was quite a new experience learning about all of the new technology that is available today. We all got some good laughs on my first visit. Everyone is very friendly and welcoming and I always love to see Dr. Sonner, such a fun person to be around. I have also been very pleased to have Vicci Newland as my dental hygienist. She is extremely gentle and explains what she is doing. I am never sore anymore after a cleaning.

I have a great experience every time I visit Renaissance Dental. It's never like a "typical" visit to the dentist. I sit back and watch tv as they work on my cleaning. Vicci is a great hygienist and always lets me know exactly what she is doing and why she is doing it. Dr. Anna is very knowledgeable and has made several recommendations for me that have worked perfectly. I look forward to going to the dentist now!

I'll admit I get very ;anxious when it comes to dental work. My visit to Renaissance Dental was very pleasant. Hygienist Vicci Newland put me at ease right away. She is very reassuring and made every effort to make me comfortable explaining each procedure. Dr. Abernathy checked me out and was also reassuring. The atmosphere at Renaissance is comforting...from the lovely waiting room to the front desk personnel....all top notch. I highly recommend Ms. Newland, Dr. Abernathy, Sonner and Dr. Wells for any dental needs.

Drs. Abernethy, Sonner and Wells have been my dentists since they opened. Not only do they have the best customer service, I actually enjoy going to the dentist, and have gotten many of my friends and co-workers to switch to them as well. The staff is great, there is very little wait time and all the dentists are perfectionists, so you are sure to have a beautiful smile! I would recommend them to anyone.

High fear? Have no fear at Renaissance Dental Center!! This place is great. I have extreme anxiety when having dental work. These ladies listen to my fears and do what they can to make my experience enjoyable. Who doesn't enjoy watching Judge Judy on their own personal tv while having their teeth cleaned?? I always end up leaving with a smile on my face and gorgeous pearly whites. Make an appointment to go see Dr. Abernethy asap....you won't regret it.

I have been so pleased with the care, expertise, service and comfort at Renaissance Dental Center. It feels more like a spa than a dental office and I actually look forward to my check ups! Vicci Newland is an amazing hygienist. Highly educated,skilled and gentle, but thorough. I appreciate Vicci's holistic background and how she combines it with leading edge dentistry. Dr. Sonner is awesome and takes good care of my family, including an extremely high dental anxiety /sensitive hearing teen. She immediately put him at ease and has never needed to use sedation. Respect and patience with his sensitivities turned something that in the past has been an absolute nightmare into a pleasurable experience. I can't say enough good things about this place!

My experience with Renaissance Dental Center has been the best I have had in years. After trying several dentists in the Raleigh area, I found Dr. Jill Sonner and Vicci Newland RDH. Vicci will spend as long as it takes to clean my teeth and gives me tips and medicine for my sensitive spots. Dr. Sonnier has gone out of her way to help my whole family enjoy going to the dentist. Now, I look forward going to the dentist . :).

I have been a patient at Renaissance since they opened. I absolutely love the people, facility & most of all the service that I get every time I visit! They are always timely & never keep me waiting....although I don't mind waiting in the plush waiting room with cold drinks! I would recommend Renaissance to anyone who's looking for an excellent dentist & an overall great dental experience.
