Universal Septic is amazing! We were looking for a new company to service our home. We chose Universal based on the abundance of great reviews and I understand why. Universal was fast, affordable and informative. I spoke with Billy a few times and he was extremely knowledgeable and a cool guy. Billy and Don got the job done with flying colors. Universal Septic Services came out today, 8/13/25 and emptied both my 1500 gal. septic systems and did a phenomenal job! It cleaned up well.
Brian was the gentleman who did the cleanup, he was very professional, very well spoken, he explained a lot of things that I didn't understand and I would highly recommend this company, especially if you live in the Holly Area.
They're close, they're Fair priced, more than fair price and I think you would be very, very happy with anybody from that facility that comes out.
I had the honor of speaking with Eric the owner of the business when I originally was looking for the company to come and do this.
I am referring him and his company to everyone on our road because they are close, trustworthy and take their time doing the job so that it's done right and they will Point things out to you if they see an issue and they also advise so that you don't have potential problems in the future.
