I have tried every “lifestyle change/diet” you can think of. Counting macros, keto, weight watchers, personal nutrition coach, RP templates, paleo. Being taught WHAT foods to eat is a game changer. Being able to eliminate toxic food for MY body has helped me get really in tune with my body and what It needs. It does not need a lot! I have seen amazing results. My period got back on track, my skin was glowing, i mentally and physically felt great. I was still able to lift weights and run and have so much energy. My partner and I’s relationship has gotten better. I lost 12lbs in 4 weeks. The same 12 pounds I’ve been trying to lose for years. I now have all this knowledge in my back pocket and confidence that i can hit reset whenever i want. My coach was always there for me with any questions i had and really kept me on the right path. I would 12/10 recommend.

This program was recommended to me by my health insurance company. I am so glad I made a decision to sign up. The Betr Health program is easy to follow and made such a difference for me. I am down 6% of my body weight in 4 weeks. My coach, Gail, is the absolute best ! She’s encouraging, knowledgeable and has the greatest personality. I would recommend this healthy way of eating to anyone wanting to feel better, hurt less and lose weight. You will be amazed how different and BETTER you feel after just three days. I just wanted to share the incredible experience I’ve had with Betr Health. I found this program by accident through my health insurance and 10 weeks in I’m done 20 percent in weight but most importantly my anxiety is all but gone. The connection between or gut health and our mental health seems undeniable i was actually looking on my health insurance app regarding therapy when I stumbled upon it. Sometimes life hands you a little more than you think you can handle but how amazing it is to find that following Dr Ferris’s protocol has put me in the wonderful position to be my betr me. I’ve been so supported from day one. My coach Rachael was always there for me. She totally set me up to go on without her. I can’t say enough good things about her and this program. Thanks for giving me my betr me!!

I was referred to Betr Health by Blue Shield. I immediately received a really nice digital scale and Fitbit. I worked the program pretty much as advised, it's not easy in the beginning but I was surprised how much I liked the changes, including more vegetables. I really thought it would be all about lowering sugar intake, but it was much more about anti-inflammatory foods and no processed food. It does force you to cook a bit. But I finally ordered food from the Betr Market and you get a TON of food for $200ish. It will last me weeks. I put everything in the freezer, except for what I was eating that week. All of it is really delicious, and I like that it's mix and match, vs. full meals. I really like the calls with Dr. Ferro. You must do one in your first couple weeks - everything will make so much more sense! He is so knowledgeable. Overall, in 6 weeks I have lost 16 pounds. I have a lot more to go, but I do feel like I've learned to make better choices. It's a long-term lifestyle plan, not a diet. I highly recommend this program!

I love this program! It just makes sense to me. All those weird diets, where you only eat meat and fat or starve yourself in order to try and lose weight, didn’t make sense at all. I believe in a holistic sustainable approach, and I have found it with this program! I have had plantar fasciitis in my left foot for a year now. Nothing seemed to work to help my inflammation. It was getting worse, and I couldn’t even go for my long walks that I liked to do. After only a week of doing this program on level one, it completely went away! And I started losing almost a pound a day, but I was feeling full and satisfied. I was able to fix my foot, and lose weight and feel great! It has been fun to learn how to cook foods from level one so that it can be sustainable for me for a lifetime!! I listen to my body way more now and I’m NOT afraid to weigh myself every day, because I know it is and a journey of developing good habits. I have learned consistency over perfection is the key!!

I am in week 3 of level one and have lost 13 pounds. This program has tremendously helped me to eat healthier! I am looking forward to starting level 2 next week! I highly recommend Betr Health to anyone who wants to improve their gut health, eating habits etc.
