I was skeptical about a weight lose program but could I lose. Medicare was paying for it. I could only lose weight. Right? Well my A1C was high and so was my glucose and bad cholesterol. I am starting week 4, feel great and have lost 12 pounds. I am rarely hungry and haven't had those terrible cravings for junk food or alcohol. Give it a try. What do you have to lose? I start week 2 of the program today. I can’t submit a review for the whole program, but I can definitely rate my 1st week. Week 1 was great. I feel supported by my coach, can rely on the amazing community chat for inspiration and answers to my questions, and know that I am learning eating habits that could last a lifetime. I feel really optimistic about reaching my goals.
