I started this program a week ago and am down 18 lbs..I weighed in at 305 and now down to 287.. a loss of 18 lbs..this program works and all you do is learn to eat better and healthier.. although I would say to try to wean yourself a week prior from habits , cause this makes it work better when you actually start on your start date..I have been constantly loosing and have energy . I am looking forward to seeing my results by week 4.. you can do this .. the program and recipes are simple, but you can use your own ideas to do like I have been doing. The program shows you how to eat better and resets your digestive system.. I don't feel bloated no more and feel energitic..this is a great program. YOU CAN DO THIS..!
